Laura Moreno is a cinematographer based in Panama City, Panama. After graduating from high school, she started getting involved in the Panamanian film industry by participating in the Panamanian & Mexican production "Paralelo 7/9" (2023) where she was a Production Assistant. Afterward, she began attending the Savannah College of Art & Design as a Film & Television major. She has participated in various projects, especially in the Camera Department as an Assistant Camera, and even Director of Photography, but has experience in other departments like Production and G/E. The genre of dark fantasy is her main source of inspiration when it comes to aesthetics and storyline. Her goal as a filmmaker is to bring the film industry to her home country and develop it to make Panama a worldwide location for film movies and incorporate cultural folk elements in her films.
